Our most recent events included Nottingham (March 2023) and London (August 2023) for the POCT- The Power to Disrupt series which invited delegates for face to face networking, presentations and a full vendor exhibition, we are happy to continue our activities into 2024.
We hope everyone is now more confident to attend in person and wish our customers well.

We provide a multitude of bespoke services which include conferences and training seminars to NHS and other healthcare organisation's staff along with consultancy services to companies in the healthcare sector.

We recently worked with Global Cause on the 2021 Infectious Diseases campaign. Following an extremely valuable and successful day in York in September 2019, and by popular demand, the event was provided again with a few changes to the agenda but accessible to those in the south.

Royal College of Pathologists
Tony presented at the Royal College of Pathologists International Pathology Day in London in November. The topic focused on rapid diagnostics and advances in POCT technology.
American Association for Clinical Chemistry (AACC)
In the same week he presented a poster at the AACC pre-analytical conference in Washington DC, USA.
Consultancy has been a strong element of our activity throughout 2020, advising companies on strategy, direction, product development, educational days, and insight into the healthcare landscape.

POCT The Power to Disrupt 2023 events

POCT: Innovations - Another great event held in September 2022 with over 100 in attendance and an exhibition of 30 vendor solutions.
The POCT - The Power to Disrupt event was run again in London at the Royal College of Pathologists in December 2019.
The POCT - The Power to Disrupt in York was a great success with around 90 attendees in total who spent time speaking with vendors from across the healthcare sector. The event concentrated on new initiatives that have been shown to change patient pathways and offer improved outcomes for patients and the healthcare system. The move towards collaborative working carried out by NHS Improvement and NHS Trusts was highlighted. The venue was the prestigious The Principal hotel in York on the 10th September 2019.
In July Tony provided a Skype presentation to the employees of a global diagnostic company focused on POCT Quality Assurance and Governance.
The POCT Governance and Quality meeting was a great success held at the Hilton Reading, 5th March 2019.
There were 8 expert speakers covering all elements of quality and governance in POCT, helping service providers improve the effectiveness of patient care.
The day was supported by 20 of the top global diagnostics companies and healthcare consumable providers. These companies exhibited their products giving delegates the opportunity to see many devices and solutions in one day.
The POCT Networking Day held in Gloucester July 2018 attracted over 70 attendees from the healthcare sector and 19 exhibitors including global diagnostics companies and healthcare equipment/consumable providers.
Werfen National Conference (Spain)
Tony attended a global diagnostics company's national conference in Madrid in September 2018 where he gave the introductory presentation and participated in expert panel discussions.

He also presented at the Leaders in Diagnostics conference in London, 7th November on the POCT track.
MedLab UAE
Tony also spoke at MedLab UAE in Dubai in February 2019 delivering two presentations on POCT. One concentrating on how POCT adds value within the healthcare system, and the second reflecting the use of POCT in the critical care setting.
